R. Cappellen FC reached an agreement with first national Rupel Boom about the transfer of Martynas Medelinskas. The 23-year-old Lithuanian only joined the yellow-red last summer, but quickly made an impression. Due to some injuries, Medelinskas only made eight appearances in the main squad of Cappellen.

The sporting staff is convinced that with Wesley Geuens, Maxim Volant and Stranhinja Ristovic, it has enough central defenders to complete the rest of the competition.

Medelinskas Balandį debiutavo už Rupel Boom, viso sezono pabaigoje gavo 3 rungtynes pasireikšti. Pergalės paskutinėse rungtynėse leido išlikti lygoje kitam sezonui.

Užvakar Medelinsko klubą įsigijo amerikietis Nathan Crockett.

Beje įdomus faktas - licensijos naujam sezonui Belgijoje išduodamos praėjus dviem savaitėms po aukščiausio svarstomo sezono pabaigos, nelaukiant jokių laiku negalinčių klubų.

Excel Mouscron iš 2 diviziono, į kurio peržiūrą 2020 metais dar vyko Moffi, negavo licensijos žaisti aukščiausiuose mėgėjų divizionuose - negalės nei trečiame, nei ketvirtame.
