Šiąnakt užsibaigė Matt sezonas šių metų MLS lygoje. Dar reguliariojo sezono eigoje užsitikrino pirmą vietą ir iškovojo vadinamą Supporters' Shield - reguliaraus sezono trofėjų, pirmą kartą New England Revolution klubo istorijoje.

Does a blockbuster Arsenal move make sense for Matt Turner?
“Matt Turner is being the subject of a £5 million bid from Arsenal and he’s a player they’d like to get in this month. The player certainly wants to come to Arsenal. Bernd Leno really wants to leave to play regular first-team football. Turner deal is pretty much all agreed in terms of the player’s side, it’s just the two clubs that need to agree on the formalities of the deal. I expect Turner to come in.”
A source with knowledge of the discussions told ESPN that the fee for Turner's transfer is $6 million up front and could be as much as $10m with add-ons. The Revs also get 10% sell-on percentage if Turner moves on from Arsenal.
Twellman added that Turner will join the Gunners in the summer, allowing him to remain with the Revs for the start of the 2022 MLS regular season.
There were no official announcements from the New England Revolution nor Arsenal regarding Matt Turner on Monday.
But fear not: With Arsenal's move for Matt Turner already agreed upon for the summer, there was no guarantee (or necessity) of an announcement today.
As reported earlier this week by ESPN's Taylor Twellman and sources confirmed to MLSsoccer.com, Arsenal and New England have reached an agreement over a summertime transfer for Turner. The deal will be around $6 million up-front and incentives that increase the total fee to under $10 million. Arsenal wanted him now, but New England pushed for a summer deal to have more time to sort a replacement.
Turner, 27, was the 2021 Allstate MLS Goalkeeper of the Year after backstopping a record-setting Supporters’ Shield season. He is currently with the US men's national team for World Cup qualifying, starting both matches of this window and expected to start the third on Wednesday against Honduras.

JAV laimės prieš Hondūrą šiandien pirmaudami 3–0, lieka 3 rungtynės prieš Meksiką, Panamą ir Kosta Riką. Jeigu visų 3 nepralaimės pateks į top 4-is, o į Qatarą tiesiogiai patenka top 3 komandos.

Revs treneris Bruce Arena irgi patvirtino, kad sandoris bus oficialus, kai bus pabaigta derinti visus dokumentus.
The Gunners agreed a deal with the MLS side worth around £5million up front for the 27-year-old, which could rise with add-ons and also includes a 10 per cent sell-on fee. Arena confirmed: "If it hasn’t been fully executed, it will be.”
The New England Revolution have agreed to transfer US men's national team goalkeeper Matt Turner to English Premier League side Arsenal come the summer, the club announced Friday.
MLSsoccer.com's Tom Bogert has reported the move nets New England around $6 million initially and can grow to just under $10 million with incentives.
A fee of £7.5million was agreed at the end of last month with the MLS but final details have now been processed and the 27-year old USA international will move to Arsenal in the summer.

Dėmesys lietuviui.
Cituojant klasikus:
Jeigu turi Estijos pilietybę, tai jau estas. Ne latvis ir ne rusas. Vokietijos rumunai apie save irgi sako, mes rumunų kilmės vokiečiai.
