Čekijoje jau po pandemijos kainų šuolio už vos kiek virš €30 mln. (pa)statytas naujas 9 tūkst. vietų stadionas su visu komerciniu centru, apdengtomis tribūnomis ir 4 kategorijos turėtų būti, o man atitinkantis visiškai temos pavadinimą. Po atidarymo jau 2 kartus žaidė ir nacionalinė rinktinė, paskutinį PČ atrankoje prieš Farerus. Teisybės dėlei, statytas seno stadiono vietoje, o ne plyname lauke.
Labai norėtųsi rekomenduoti pradedant ten Klaipėdai, Panevėžiui, ar bet kam kitam iš norinčių didmiesčių savivaldybių, kad apsilankytų (na akivaizdžiai Žvėryne jau pasikeitė viziją iš stadiono į treniruočių objektą...), projektas atrodo labai aukšto kokybinio lygmens tokiai kainai. Aplinkui kompleksas su treniruočių aikštėmis –2 prie stadiono, dar 2,5 kitoje upės pusėje.

–What I would bring to my role as an owner of Poppy is the same attention to detail that I brought to Disney. No detail is too small. whether it's the condition of the bathrooms, sight lines from the stands, maintenance of the pitch, quality of the radio, TV coverage, and of course continuing the quality of the beer.
–And you spent way more bringing it back than you did on purchasing the actual team?
–By multiples. Yes. Yeah, we did. And we did a lot of due diligence and we were underestimating. We had to build a whole new stand, sprinkler systems, exits, uh get rid of safe standing or standing. Uh food was awful. We're still working on things that I learned at Disney. And we
