https://n1info.rs/english/news/construc ... -belgrade/

The construction of a national soccer stadium in Belgrade’s municipality of Surcin, within the EXPO 2027 complex, began on Wednesday. The circular-shaped “garden stadium,” with a capacity for 52,000 spectators, will have 4,500 parking spaces, while the construction works should be done by December 2026.

“There are currently 526 workers here, with 260 machines at the stadium alone. They will have to work in three shifts to finish by December 1,” said Vucic, adding that domestic construction companies are involved in the construction.

Hattrick by HSV! Volksparkstadion officially paid off ahead of schedule
https://stadiumdb.com/news/2024/11/germ ... f_schedule
Under Dr Eric Huwer, HSV achieved a positive financial result, but also increased its turnover from €114 million the previous year to a record €123 million. Particularly noteworthy is the fact that around €100 million of this revenue came from non-sporting activities.
Plačiau:
This is because the income from tickets reached 48.5 million euros (after 36.5 million in the previous year). The fans, who set a new record with 55,906 visitors per home game in the previous season, are responsible for this. This is also due to the higher revenues from merchandising and catering that increased from 15.8 million to 19.6 million euros.

Charléty is more suited to athletics than football, as pointed out by Red Bull Head of Football Jürgen Klopp when he attended a PFC home game last month:
“The stadium is a stadium where you cannot create an atmosphere. It is long ago since I watched a game from that far and I was in the stadium rather than in front of the TV.“

Marine Football Club has revealed full details of its planned new stadium, which will have a capacity of 5,000 seats and is estimated to cost £8 million. The project will include a community center, classrooms, a gym, a 3G artificial turf pitch, and a health and wellness center, which will feature a doctor's office, dental clinic, and mental health specialist. The main stand will also house a 20-room accommodation complex.

Since the third-round FA Cup match against Tottenham Hotspur in 2021, this 130-year-old club from Crosby has been rapidly growing. Before that match, the average attendance at games was around 350 spectators, but it now regularly attracts 1,400 fans.

Vienas stadionas gali atrakinti miesto potencialą
https://www.statybunaujienos.lt/naujien ... iala/24226

Spain: Zaragoza built Mini Romareda in just four months
https://stadiumdb.com/news/2025/06/spai ... our_months

City authorities and Real Zaragoza faced a dilemma: where to play during the demolition of La Romareda and the construction of a new stadium for the 2030 World Cup? Instead of seeking alternative venues in other cities, they decided to build a temporary stadium. And not just that – they set an ambitious goal: the venue had to be ready in under six months.

The solution was a modular structure – quick to assemble and much cheaper than traditional builds. The chosen site was Parking Norte, the northern area of the former Expo grounds. Construction began in March 2025 and, as promised, by June, seats had been installed, changing rooms completed, and the pitch laid – with grass brought in from Extremadura.

[...]While the main structure is finished, a few finishing tasks remain. These include the installation of floodlight towers, being relocated from the old Romareda, as well as systems required by LaLiga: access control, sound systems, and scoreboards. Some of these are covered by separate contracts and will be completed in the coming days.

A crucial step will be the activation of the main power supply, which supports all the stadium’s technical systems. Only after thorough testing and official verification will the provisional handover become final.

The total cost of the temporary stadium is around €12 million – relatively modest for a venue capable of hosting second-tier, and potentially soon first-tier, football. The plan is for Real Zaragoza to play at the Mini Romareda during the 2025/26 and 2026/27 seasons.
