Tarptautinių organizacijų aktualijos

2018 Spa 27 23:46

A) Skiriamos lėšos kiekvienai federacijai padidintos papildomu 1mil dolerių iki 6 milijonų. Padidėjimas tame tarpe apima ir infrastruktūros lėšas tad realiai turbūt galime tikėtis daugiau dirbtinių aikščių (arba gal pagaliau bus sukaupta lėšų galutinei LFF stadiono rekonstrukcijos fazei, kas ten žino  )
B) Taipogi atsirado nauja eilutė, kuri leidžia skirti iki 1mil dolerių įvairioms regioninėms organizacijom futbolo turnyrų organizacijai, taigi Varanavičiaus (ar kas ten planavo tarptautines lygas su priziniu fondu iš tarptautinių organizacijų) kalbos apie bendrus bal(ba)tiškus turnyrus pereina nuo blezgyvų iki teoriškai įmanomo lygio. Šiaip smagu būtų pamatyti šitas papildomas lėšas įsavinant šalių klubams, be to gal pagaliau būtų galima sugebėti įtraukti Baltijos Taurę į FIFA kalendorių oficialiu turnyro statusu...
C) Papildomos lėšoms futbolo populiarinimo mokyklose programose - daugiau kamuolių, vartų, futbolo edukacinės medžiagos

P.S. Tuo pačiu taip ir neradau niekur progos paminėti, bet paskutiniu metu aplink Lietuvą tiesiog siaučia FIFA pasaulio čempionatai - neskaitant 2018 Rusijos, 2019 gegužę-birželį U20 World Cup vyks Lenkijoje na ir žinoma 2020 rugsėjis-spalis pas mus.

Champions League Streaming Possibilities For UEFA TV
https://www.forbes.com/sites/chriswilli ... r-uefa-tv/

June saw the release of UEFA.tv, an Over The Top (OTT) streaming service from Europe’s football governing body. Initially conceived to provide fans with an entertainment platform offering original programming based on 60 years of European football archive, it was also designed with a view to becoming the broadcasting home of current UEFA youth, women’s and futsal competitions.

The first major deal saw an alliance with the Deutsche Fußball Liga, providing Bundesliga content on UEFA.tv for markets such as the UK, Italy, Poland, Russia, Spain and Turkey as well as the Middle East and Africa. Prior to the service going live, UEFA alluded to a potential for “competition matches to be shown on the portal when no rights-holders exist for particular territories”—this move was further backed up Monday by UEFA general secretary, Theodore Theodoridis.

“For now, we have lots of [broadcast] partners and we are looking forward to continuing those partnerships, we just want to be ready-we just want to have alternative options,” he said in an interview with the Financial Times. Theodoridis noted that the OTT service could be used to broadcast Champions League and Europa League fixtures should partners not be found for the four-year cycle, currently up for tender.

During June’s release of the OTT service, UEFA did stipulate it would not compete with television channels, but rather “complement” them. Taking advantage of “archive footage, delayed games and magazine programmes.” Theodoridis said UEFA would “experiment” with the OTT platform in markets outside Europe, where current broadcast deals are worth significantly less-somewhere in the region of $5.5 million to $11 million (€5 million to €10 million) per year.

The move would replicate a number of other high profile leagues, all of which are investigating the possibility of using in-house OTT services. José Carlos Franco, technology director of Spain’s La Liga, told Spanish news agency EFE that they too were expecting a big shift towards OTT after launching LaLigaSportsTV eight months ago. While the Deutsche Fußball Liga has already investigated an international OTT launch for the Bundesliga should international broadcasters offer insufficient terms for its next round of rights sales from season 2020/21 onwards.

Nežinau kur tiksliai kelti tokį dalyką, bet radau įdomų teisinį precedentą apie kaip FIFA fiksuoja klubų teisinį vientisumą nacionalinės teisės kontekste (pavyzdys Estijoje):

@Makenzis nepatiks
11. The Estonian Football Association provided the Secretariat, on 6 May 2019, with its position regarding the allegations of the Creditor. The position of the EFA can be summarized as follows:
- Tartu Jalgpallikool Tammeka and the Debtor are not the same entity. The latter stopped participating in competitions organised by EFA on 2014 and was liquidated and disaffiliated from the EFA on March 2016.
- In Estonia, a legal entity is identified by its registry number. The Debtor’s code is 80078915 and the club was erased from the registry on 28 March 2016. On the other hand, the code of Tartu Jalgpallikool Tammeka is 80315611 and it is still registered at the present day. This proves that both clubs are two different legal entities.
<...>
In light of all the above, and since in the member of the Committee’s view the identity of a club is constituted by elements such as its name, colours, logo, fans, history, roster of players, stadium, etc, regardless of the legal entity operating it, the member of the Committee deems that, on the basis of the information and documentation at his disposal, he has no other alternative but to conclude that Tartu Jalgpallikool Tammeka appears to be the successor of Tartu Jalgpalliklubi Tammeka, and, as such, is liable for the debts incurred by the latter – namely the one related to the decision passed by the Dispute Resolution Chamber on 26 November 2015 – and that therefore, Tartu Jalgpallikool Tammeka is found to have infringed article 64 of the 2017 FIFA Disciplinary Code

https://www.fifa.com/who-we-are/news/fi ... elief-plan

The Council unanimously approved the FIFA COVID‑19 Relief Plan, which was designed by the FIFA administration in close cooperation with representatives of the confederations. Across its three stages, this global support plan will make available up to USD 1.5 billion to assist the football community.

In stage three, approved by the Council today, further financial support will be provided through a system of grants and loans:

o Grants: a universal solidarity grant of USD 1 million will be made available to all member associations, and an additional grant of USD 500,000 will be allocated specifically to women’s football.

o Loans: member associations will be able to apply for interest-free loans amounting to up to 35% of their audited annual revenues. In the interest of solidarity, a minimum loan of USD 500,000 will be available and a maximum of USD 5 million. In addition, each confederation will have access to a loan of up to USD 4 million.

Both grants and loans can be directed by member associations to the wider football community in their respective territories, including clubs, players, leagues, or others that have been affected.
