- It is difficult to compare, but I would like to say that in Switzerland there is not as much emphasis on tactics as it is in Poland. We worked much more on tactics there; here we put a lot of emphasis on the individual qualities of the players in each team and also a lot on transitional football - the football here is very fast. It also depends on the opposing team. There are "Young Boys" who will hold the ball more, but there are other teams who will again play much more simply and vertically.
